What is the difference between Zygarde 10%, and 10%-c

(applies to 50% vs 50%-c too) Searched around on the internet for awhile, couldn't find any answer, I know of his form changes, just not what the -c ones are, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this.

Notice they have different abilities in the drop-down.

The -C are "cell" based, which are the power construct variants.

Ah, so -c are pre collecting all of the zygarde cores/cells?

Zygarde with Power construct can be traded, so doesn’t matter if it’s sent to you before you collect all 100. Also the 100 you didn’t collect are still there. Trades don’t effect the event flags.

A question if you could answer, I already have a complete zygarde, if I brought one in one from x and y or pkhex, would I be able to turn it into a complete one, considering all my cells are in one already? Thanks.

Legitimately, you can make a Power Construct Zygarde from an Aura Break one in the games.
Anyhow, you can get more cells by breaking down Aura Break ones received in trades. So it doesn't really matter...

TLDR, the answers are Yes and Yes.
