Milcery caught in-game considered illegal

So I got this Milcery in-game, through the new raid event, and PkHex flags it at illegal. Interesting, no? Could you please check?

So you are presently right: since this Milcery came from after PKHeX was updated, it has yet to be added to the legal checks (for the named version).

Because they're not obtainable.

You need a legal parent to pass on HA, think along the chain of parents and eggs, all the way to the progenitor of all life.
There is no way for said progenitor to legally have HA, thus every offspring along the way cannot have HA.

The HA wasn't legally made available in any way, thus no matter how you breed it, it cannot have HA.

well they can also be bred down too.
But unreleased abilities are illegal, no matter how you cut it.
