How do I put a downloaded file on the pkHeX?

Ok so I just started using this and I'm not sure how to put the pokemon on the pkHeX after I have downloaded a file with pokemon. Can someone please tell me how?

1. use PKHeX on your save file
2. Drag the mon into PKHeX window, let's say the PC
3. use PKHeX to save the file

This presumes you have CFW on your Switch, and you are able to import and export saves.

That’s a renamed main file, aka a save file

Just rename to main and import it.

Is that my folder? lol.

Extract that rar into a folder, then use PKHeX's import function to import the files into your save.

You would only be able to import Pokémon within the same generation of the file, or higher.
For example, in the rar, they're PK4. Meaning they can be imported into Gen 4 saves, or higher generations.
