Channel PIDs not working?

I'm trying to use a PID for Jirachi from Pokemon Channel, and nothing I've tried so far works. I tried using RNG Reporter and a spreadsheet with specific IVs and Natures, but both don't work for me. I'm trying to use an unmodified Channel Jirachi from the database as a base for the entire thing, but even though the PID algorithm match and everything, I get an error. RNG Reporter even confirms these PIDs from the spreadsheet are valid.

As far as I can tell, OT Gender also matters. Or so PKHeX says, at least.

@Sabresite do you know if PKHeX takes into account unobtainable spreads?

I think so but it may not be perfect.
