I wanted to say I got a shiny Necrozma (a legit and legal one) from a japanese friend and seems you don't have your database updated for it. I mean, it says something about "relearnable moves" but it has none relearnable ones, which is logical. I guess we'll wait for it, but just an advice for you. Secret Club Necrozma Also in PKHeX database BTW, if your Japanese Shiny Necrozma have no relearnable moves, it's fake.
