Erm, Gen 3 doesn't have main, but it does have saves. We have a guide here related to managing GBA saves. (https://projectpokemon.org/tutorials/save-editing/managing-gba-saves/) After reading the guide (that is suitable for you), and you have more questions, just reply to this thread :3

theSLAYER Posted June 27, 2019 Posted June 27, 2019 erm. Any NDS flash cart that can run homebrew, and can run on a NDS should work fine.Note: If your intent is to fix the berry glitch, alternatively, connecting your GBA with RS to a second GBA, that has FRLG or Emerald. (instructions and various other options here) BTW, Emerald doesn't experience Berry Glitch, unless the internal battery is dead. If your internal Battery for RSE is dead, you won't be able to repair it with PKHeX.

But one of player in china fix that after change dead battery. He repair it with PKHeX. Here is someone who fix it at 04/19/2018. ↑ That's what he/she said It's there someone in your team can speak Chinese or Taiwanese?

Yeah he’s basically saying he used PKHeX to fix the dead battery, after dumping the save with GBA backup tools right? In all honestly I’m not sure if that’s accurate way to deal with dead battery. It may be possible that when your RTC is resetted, the clock will still run, but only while you’re playing the game, but I cannot be certain, as I do not have a GBA and dead battery cart with me now to confirm. Also, I'm not entirely certain, but I think part of the steps from the guy above mentions running the save file on a GBA flashcart the rest of the way? In that case, it won't work if you send it back to a GBA cart... If you decide to proceed, it’ll be at your own risk
To fix it is fairly simple. You will need a way to rip the save file on your emerald, and a program called PkHeX, which is a save editor for every main series pokemon game. Simply open your emerald save file in PkHex, go to the menu labeled "Clock (RTC)" and simply click reset RTC. If you've never ripped your save file before, there are relatively few ways to do it. I do it with my DS Lite, a flashcart, and a homebrew app called Rudolph's GBA tool. If you have an old action replay DS, the one with the microsd slot, you can run the tool right on there. It might also be possible with Bennvenn's Joey, but I'm not entirely sure. You should also be able to do it with a GBA action replay/gameshark, but again I'm not entirely sure how. It's also using PKHex to fix the glitch.

His battery was replaced. It is not the same issue as you are experiencing, if I understand your descriptions right.
no154meganium Posted June 27, 2019 Author Posted June 27, 2019 (edited) Oh ! That's my ability to express is not good. I mean... If my gen 3 card fix battery is dry and I replace a new battery . But it's become the ''Even if you replace the battery it will still only start counting from there and it won't do any time based events until the RTC time exceeds the lastest timestamp of the save file.'' So I can just using PkHex , R4 card, SD card, NDSL , gen 3 card (with new battery) ,GBA Backup Tool to fix it? If the answer is yes ,can you teach me what should I do on PKHex ? theSLAYER Posted June 27, 2019 Posted June 27, 2019 At this point, I don't think anything is certain, as I'm unable to test for myself. You can go ahead and try the steps you initially listed, but at your own risk. Make sure you keep a safe save backup that is pre-modification, in case anything goes wrong.
