Hey, I´m new at this sooo Please have mercy ^^*

 

I have to questions: 

1. How do I use this on my 3Ds Pokemon Y Cartridge?

2. the main Question and more importantly: I want to remove my hat in Pokemon Y! How do i do that???

You need to be able to extract your save from your cart.
there are apps that do that, but only if you have CFW or Homebrew.

This guide can help you with that.
Note: use at your own risk. Our forums also isn't the place to ask regarding help on that.

Once you got CFW installed on your 3DS, we have guides on how to extract the save.

I got no clue. I'm assuming it's changing this to "None"
