Latias4Ever Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 I created a save file through Dolphin, it currently works on Dolphin perfectly, but when I try to open it on PKHeX, it just tells me the file isn't supported: Do I need anything specific for PKHeX to read the file? I simply created the save file on PBR, played on a Colosseum, saved and closed the game before trying this. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.
Kaphotics Posted February 1, 2019 Posted February 1, 2019 Can't tell without seeing the save file. PKHeX requires the checksums to be valid, but I don't believe that's it.
Latias4Ever Posted February 1, 2019 Author Posted February 1, 2019 Ahh, apologies, didn't attach the save file. Here it is: PbrSaveData
Kaphotics Posted February 3, 2019 Posted February 3, 2019 I looked through the data and the checksums for the backup fail; it looks like it's uninitalized. Try saving a few times in-game, restart the console, repeat, then export.
Latias4Ever Posted February 3, 2019 Author Posted February 3, 2019 The save file I sent was after a single save, since then I did another Colosseum and saved a second time, now I did what you said and saved two more times. After that I tried to open the save on PKHeX, and it worked, indeed! I have another question, though, is there any way to enable the Box Storage in PBR since I created this save file on Dolphin and there's no way to connect to a DS?
Kaphotics Posted February 3, 2019 Posted February 3, 2019 Nobody has documented how to enable box storage, so I can't implement it unless someone figures it out first. edit: see below, kinda cludgy to get working with PKHeX at the moment
Latias4Ever Posted February 3, 2019 Author Posted February 3, 2019 I used the steps provided from @BlackShark, and managed to enable the box storage: Here's the result after following the steps and then adding a Pokémon to it. Spoiler 1
