However, make sure your .ini has this setting set to this "SAV/SNA File Format == Raw" Make an extra backup of your save, before that change and trying again. Use notepad to edit it. Found this image on the Internet, it's something like this (but use "Raw", not "uncompressed"): if you still don't get it, then use Desmume instead.
