can you help why is it when i receive Town Map and i press A i cant receive it ... it didnt freez cause the fire and the eyes are still moving

and why it doesnt have a music how can i fix this?

I dont have Mystery Dungeon, so someone else needs to help you with that

Erm, what version of CITRA you are using.
Never heard of this problem before.

Lack of music is likely a settings thing.

what i mean is every time i receive something the chat box freeze but the eyes of the people are still moving but only when i recieve something the chat box freeze

Example this when i recieve something the chat box freeze

This Citra im using is good and i finish playing Pokemon Moon and Alpha Sapphire and Mystery Dungeon Gates to Infinity with this Emu with no prob

What kind of Emulator your using mr admin? can u give me a link?

Can't give link, but you can look for it. It's the "Citra-bleeding-edge".
I'm told that works.

I'm aware that collecting starters have issues, which is why I provided a save with the starters inside.
(AFAIK bleeding edge only problem is the collection of first starter)

Also, I'm not a developer of Citra or anything, so won't be able to help if there are other problems.

1. download a save that you want, in this link: https://projectpokemon.org/forums/files/file/1659-pokemon-xy-citra-saves/

2. use PKHeX to obtain the details you want

3. I mean this in the nicest and kindest way possible: no one is obligated to submit you a file by your deadline.
Perhaps if you even tried to read this very page, you'll see that I mentioned to go do the download and edit yourself.

attempt to load the game once, it should create the appropriate folders.

If you can't find the "main" file to replace, try what I said in this response:

sorry for the inconvenience but I truly dont get it :'( I just changed my trainer name, TID and SID then export a sav file after that.. I dunno what to do

first of, dig through your citra folders.

Perhaps show a screenshot of what folders you have.

go into your "user" folder.
go further in.

try to get to somewhere like user\sdmc\Nintendo 3DS\00000000000000000000000000000000\00000000000000000000000000000000\title\00040000\

then show me whats inside

if there was originally a main inside, remove it

Now,
Get your "vincent" file, paste it inside, and rename it "main"
 

you have now replaced your save file, and you're ready to play

You can also right click the game in Citra to go to it's save data location (if there is any), so you don't have to navigate through all those subfolders.

At the game selection screen, sorry.

I'm not sure how long this is already a feature. My build is from December 2016.
