BeyondTheHorizon Posted January 1, 2018 Share Posted January 1, 2018 This could well turn out to be another "bug" that isn't actually a bug, but Tyrogue can be obtained in Gen 2 at Level 10 in Mt. Mortar from Kiyo, and can evolve into Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan or Hitmontop at Level 20 depending on its Attack and Defense stats. However, Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan are flagged as illegal in PKHeX if their met location is Mt. Mortar at Level 10, though strangely Hitmontop is considered legal. Also, Tackle is flagged as an invalid move though Tyrogue learns it leveling up before Level 20.
