two problems

1.PKHex can make Smeargle learn Light of Ruin in spite of that it's not released.

2.About Mystery Gift region, example for, Aldora Zapdos, 3DS Region Japan Player can't receive. PKHex judges region mistake Pokemon legal.

Metronome. If you happen to get Light of Ruin via Metronome, Smeargle can sketch it.

PKHeX has always overlooked that, and AFAIK, Kaphotics doesn't intend to fix it anytime soon. It's up to each user to do their own bit of looking around to confirm whether a certain event can be received on a specific region or not.

Sketch doesn't work so. end up with sketch Metronome.
