[Bug Platinum] Problems with set flags and Underground

Hi.

In the Misc edit tab, you should set the maximum of flags to 100 (maximum allowed by the game) and not over.

I wrote the maximum allowed by PKHeX (999999) :

 

But if you go beyond 100, it will make the Underground tab crash :
