The program claims it's unable to match an encounter slot with origin game.

There might be more, but these are the only ones I saw in my Pokemon Silver save as I caught half of them last night. The spreadsheet in the under-leveled Pokemon thread I'm currently managing has what I believe to be the majority of the Pokemon and their locations.
