jasenyoface Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 You can encounter Kangaskhan in FR/LG at the Safari Zone. Then, trade to Emerald and Kangaskhan can learn Seismic Toss, Body Slam and Ice Punch from the move tutor

If I were to make this particular Kangaskhan, I would change the Pokéball to a Safari Ball. But that's just me...
