Just copy/paste the file in another directory for backing up.
How's the file size compared to a real save file?

upload your save here, we'll take a look at it.

I join the .sav file. The problem is the same with all the roms.

Pokemon Gold (F) [C][!].sav

Almost the entire length of 0x8000 is filled with 0xFF.
(meaning your save isn't written properly)

I have very basic knowledge in hexadecimal. Why happen this with all the roms that i try ?

did you save the game in the game, and what emulator you using the export the save?

No I save the game with the emulator. I use VBA but it is the same thing with other emulators.

the save is still a bunch of 0xFF o.0

By the way, when you save in game, can you restart the emulator and continue the gameplay?

Yeah (I re-made all because the Fire Red Rom reads "cartridge is damaged" but it is the same thing than Fire Red)

Okay, get Pokemon Fire red to load,
change the save option.

Save in game multiple times, (make state saves too),
reset the emulator, make sure it loads the progress, and save once again.

Close the emulator,

Then send me that save.
