theSLAYER Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 this is a shot in the dark, but maybe this would help: make sure you back up a copy of the original save first!
crown trainer Posted April 6, 2017 Posted April 6, 2017 the software can't open Just copy/paste the file in another directory for backing up.How's the file size compared to a real save file?Sent from my XT1635-02 using Tapatalk

I join the .sav file. The problem is the same with all the roms. Pokemon Gold (F) [C][!].sav

Pokemon Gold (F) [C][!].sav Almost the entire length of 0x8000 is filled with 0xFF. (meaning your save isn't written properly) (File size seems correct, but rather there's nothing in it?)

theSLAYER Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 Which version of VBA you using? Do you have this option?
Corho Posted April 7, 2017 Author Posted April 7, 2017 5 minutes ago, theSLAYER said: Which version of VBA you using? Do you have this option? 1.8 version and yes I have this option.

Corho Posted April 7, 2017 Author Posted April 7, 2017 13 minutes ago, theSLAYER said: Which version of VBA you using? Do you have this option? I tried and that not functions (I exported the save file like that and I have the same result)

Yeah (I re-made all because the Fire Red Rom reads "cartridge is damaged" but it is the same thing than Fire Red)
theSLAYER Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 Okay, get Pokemon Fire red to load, change the save option. Save in game multiple times, (make state saves too), reset the emulator, make sure it loads the progress, and save once again. Close the emulator, Then send me that save.
theSLAYER Posted April 7, 2017 Posted April 7, 2017 9 minutes ago, Corho said: I took a Gold rom (because I can't save on the Fire Red rom) but there are the same problems. Do you need the neutral save file of Gold rom ? Pokemon Gold (F) [C][!].sav I referred to fire red, because the previous save you gave was rouge feu. The Gold save you just linked is valid, and can be opened in PKHeX.
