PKHEX 3DS 11.3

Hello everyone,

I have a 3DS XL in CFW luma.
The version of this console is 11.3.0-36E.

I would like to know if there is PKHEX software for this version.
I would like to use the software for pokemon games x, sun, and ruby omega.

I am a little lost because there are different versions of PKHEX.
Here I want to know if it is possible.

PKHeX is a computer program, which cannot run on a 3DS.

Extract your save file on your console them transfer it to a computer.

Can i have a tutorial for the latest version pkhex ?  

Okay, if I understand I use pkhex on the computer and I modify the backup for the 3DS roms.

If you have access to the save files, then yes.
