SOS Encounter

my Tsareena is being flagged for the hidden ability. the message says Invalid: Hidden Ability on non-SOS Wild encounter. how can I fix this

That result only happens if there are no SOS encounter slots compatible with the Pokémon's met conditions. You'd have to change it so that the Pokémon was captured from a SOS slot, which means a different met level / met location.

Also on the pkhex 11/18/16 version it is legal but in the 12/06/16 version it is illegal

I caught one legit myself and it is saying the same thing.

same all I did was make it shiny so maybe it is a bug

Looks perfectly legal to me, PKHeX's Legality checker may need to be updated/tweaked.
