But seriously, if you do add something like this, make some strict rules about it (no one liner posts, no "script style" roleplaying, etc). Definitely disable post count increases in there, too.

I did have a fairly lengthy response about how horrible this sounds, but TLDR is I don't want this place to become some creepy Deviant Art type of posting hell hole.

I agree with you on that. A better suggestion would be something like A Pokemon Breeding section?

If someone wants to start a breeding discussion thread in 4th gen forums, that's fine. Especially if lots of the small questions are breeding.

It also gives people a place to put those otherwise useless "oh wowzers i gotz a 31 ivd [whatever]" posts.

From experience with my own forums, roleplaying is not good at all. but if you get permission, go for it!
