help Transferring pokemon from gen 3 games to gen 6(all on pc emulator) using pkhex

I intend to transfer my older pokemon from Ruby and Firered to Omega Ruby. I can open the saves using pkhex and can drag and drop to other game. But I'm wondering, is there any extra changes(maybe in memory section?) I have to make so that the game thinks it's actually been transferred from older games? Like what things are different on transferred pokemon(I know about travelling through time and space... message in summery screen) and how to show those up when transferred using pkhex?

Btw all games are on emulators. With Ruby and FR being on VBA and OR being on Citra.

No, PKHeX emulates the official transfer for each generation transferred through.
