help Pokémon in box being overwritten with Pokémon in different box

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a keyboard shortcut I'm pressing without knowing it, but sometimes the Pokémon in my box will be overwritten with the Pokémon in a different box. This seems to be completely random. I've read the keyboard shortcuts and there doesn't seem to be a shortcut for doing this.

This has happened three times while playing Yellow, by the way.
