bug PP resets to 0 when selecting a move in Gen I

This is annoying. There's an error triangle icon next to the first move in a Pokemon's moveset in my Yellow save and when I select a move, the PP of all the Pokemon's moves reset to 0.

I can confirm it, by the way when you heal the Pokémon in PK Center it corrects the PPs.
