Improving US Shiny Encounter?

Well I've asked for this twice in the requests thread but it hasn't been filled, so I was wondering if anyone could improve the USA Shiny Encounter code in two ways:

1. I don't want Mira to be following me around all the time even though she's no there. (confusing, right?)

2. I need trainer Pokemon to be shiny.

Sorry if this is too much to ask, but it would make my research a lot easier. Thanks in advance.

That Mira glitch happened with me too. Did you use the walk through walls code. If so then you will have to go back where you first meet her and get her to the end of the cave/forest or wherever she is lost in. Hope this helps.

The same thing can happen in the Amity Square. One would need to re enter and exit the right way.
