Possible to update trainer gender/cart data?

A very kind individual sent me a pkhex save file to edit to inject into my AS cart, whose save was corrupted.

The problem is, the gender is set to male and the cart to Omega Ruby, and when I try to change to female/Alpha Sapphire, the selections are grayed out.

Is there anything I can do to change them? Thanks!

No.

Event flags/constants usage is different between games, resulting in a severely messed up overworld if you inject to the wrong game.

If your save is corrupted, unless you have some backup from thé same savefile somewhere, the only thing you can do is hold select+up+B on title screen and delete it.

Start a new game and go through the story again, you'll be able to inject everything you want through PKHex.
