[Question] The added license?

I can see on the github commits that PKHeX now has a GPLv3 (General Public License Version 3), but I was wondering, what does this mean for the end-user? Most probably I would be able to read it by actually reading the license but if you'd excuse me... Like most people I really don't feel like reading that much license text written in a standard lawyer way :bidoof:

It means nothing for the end user of the compiled program.

It only impacts people who use the source code to use it in other projects or redistribute modified versions (they have to have the source code provided).

Since there was no license applied in the past, there weren't any permissions given for code usage...
