bug XY PokéDex editor extends to 768

Title pretty much says it all. This only happens for XY and I can only test this on ramsav's but I would assume it happens on all forms of dumped saves.

0x60 bytes per flagset, 8 bits per byte = 768.

The entries beyond 721 are likely related to flags for forms. I can't remember if that is the case; anyway, they're there for mainly research as if they are set they'd be able to be edited.
