ItsAdrih_ Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 Ok, first question: Are PKHeX developers working on it or finding a new way? Second question: Somebody told me that when PowerSaves came out, it was possible to edit Pkmn save files, I want you guys show me that exploit of PowerSaves or tell me if they possibly can support PKHeX, a lot of people are waiting that (like me), I absolutely requested that a bunch of time, and I still don´t get answers.
RustInPeace Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 1.) Finding a new way for what? PKHex's functionality is not based on 3DS firmware. It will always work regardless of firmware basically. 2.) Powersaves only edits files via their codes. Item and move modifiers, max cash, common stuff. The only save dongle that can edit save files (with its software), is Cybersaves. For PKHex, you can decrypt Powersave files and open with PKHex, but you can't write it back into the cartridge. In a Gateway ROM, yes.
ItsAdrih_ Posted June 1, 2015 Author Posted June 1, 2015 you can decrypt Powersave files and open with PKHex, but you can't write it back into the cartridge. That´s my question, are they going to have a file encrypter or in the future, a encrypter will be?
Kaphotics Posted June 1, 2015 Posted June 1, 2015 That´s my question, are they going to have a file encrypter or in the future, a encrypter will be? That is for Datel (Powersaves) to provide; given the past year of them not coming out with an option, it indicates that they have no desire to do so.
