One Pokemon multiple copies in pc box

I am a total noob when it comes to pokedit systems and I am learning, I apologize in advance if this question has been answered, however I couldn't find it.

Is there a way to have a pc box filled with a single kind of pokemon, like for example Mudkip & StarRaptor for example? When i create a save all the boxes are filled with all the pokemon. So I am looking to see if that is even an option in Pokedit.

Which game do you want to edit? If it's gen 6 games, you can try Mass Editor.
