Battlemon Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Hello guys, is it possible to change a Pokemon egg as a shiny before it hatches? if yes how can I do this? will it automatically have the right shiny value?
Kaisonic Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Nope - a Pokemon's shiny-ness is determined when it is hatched. So the only way to force a shiny is to modify the shiny value (and thus PID) to match the trainer shiny value for the trainer you're going to hatch with. It's probably easier just to make a shiny lv1 Pokemon. In other words, an egg cannot be shiny.
SunWukong Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Yes, it's possible. There's a new powersaves code that lets you create shiny eggs with whatever stats you want, but you receive the egg as a wonder card.
codem8kr Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Yes you can make a shiny egg using the program. When making an egg, just check the shiny button and it will make it shiny when it hatches.
Kaphotics Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 Yes you can make a shiny egg using the program. When making an egg, just check the shiny button and it will make it shiny when it hatches. Only if the ID/SID of the egg matches the eventual hatcher's ID/SID (or Shiny Values match).
