go to the event downloads on the main site, the 10aniv pikachu is there but it doesnt know surf.

if you want a surfing pikachu then get one of the TGCWC pikachus, also from the event downloads on the main site.

Isn't the 10ANNIV a GBA event? If so, that Pikachu won't know Surf... you can't Pal Park a Pokémon that knows an HM move. Surf would have to be deleted for it to (legally) wind up on a DS game.

also wasnt the 10 Aniv/10Anniv pikachu the Flying pikachu distributed from Bryant park event?

Either way if its GBA event the only way to currently get a surfing or flying pikachu now is the pokewalker (flying and surf) or Battle revolution on wii (surf) or just download the TGC one like stated above
