Soft Resetting for shiny Legends??

Anyone knows if any of the legendary are shiny locked? I've heard about Heatran, Cresselia, Latios/Latias aren't shiny locked....What about the others? especially Groudon/Kyogre

Some vid proof etc.....but nothing abt Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza

Actually, most of the legends are not shiny locked. You can, in fact, get shiny Reshiram and Zekrom now (a certain friend of mine got a shiny Reshiram), for instance. However, story mode mons like Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza seem to be shiny locked. Along with Deoxys.

Does this mean that no matter how much you Soft Reset, you wouldn't encounter a Shiny Kyogre/Groudon?

That is correct. The best thing you will get is a bugged shiny. It will appear normal, won't get sparkles, but the dex will have it's shiny image registered. Im my opinion that is the biggest troll imaginable. The only shiny locked legendaries in Or/As are Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza and Deoxys.
