answered Location of the Missingno. Platinum 'Arceus Replacement' patch?

Hello everyone,

While browsing Youtube today, I came across a video which had someone who had edited Arceus' sprite etc. into Missingno. and provided a link for the patch, which actually leads to here. Now, I cannot locate it, and it appears to not exist. It linked back to the old 'PokeSAV.org' forums, but...

If someone could provide me with said patch, I would be very grateful.
