OK if you come online follow these

1.load the program and go to the section below on the program

2.click save bank or セブーバンク

3.on top of that list there will be you game name and between that and the next game title there will be ton of backups from your game.

4.see the data and time. Select the one which you last edited. Its like before you crashed Your game. I mean if you found out your game is crashed at 8;30 find a backup which is around that time

5.double click it and rename is

6.then right click and select the first option

レスト。

7.when it get restored you should have your game back

Try it. If not work. Let me know

You can using Japanese cache metod

Look at the links. If you can't read Japanese, translate the page and see.this way is easy

Hey guys... so i have an eng 3ds+jap 3ds and an eng cartridge plus a jap cartridge. I just finished my eng game and now want to start over with pokemon that have all illegal moves. But i can only do that in jap version. Is there any way to do the same in english version? Or anyway to transfer the illegal pokemon from jap to eng version?

Nvm.. found we can trade any pokemon with any ability, with anu move, all legal or illegal.. via infrared!

It says error can't connect to the server. Its rarely happens. Try 30 mins or one hour later and see if it's connecting

Mine keeps saying "Could not retrieve game information from the server, unknown game" after it downloads the game list. This has been a persistant problem for me, as it used to work fine! Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

Yes, I have a japanese new 3ds also, I have X and AS, both japanese, and both of them suddenly come up with the same message...whether I update or not, whether I use the patched EXE or not....

Patched version is no longer usable. Download the newst update from cybersave site and re install then it will be OK

well, figured it out, apparantly some assholes were selling fakes the last two years and they figured it out in February, so basically, if it says error 0035 or whatever they say sorry its not our product and we cut off the forgeries from working with the damn server!!! DAMMIT, 75 bucks in the toilet!!!! I finally found an english option on their website and it expained this. UGH
