Chachythehuman Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 Hi, the thing is that, we can export a model from sdsme to a obj file, but when i'm trying to import back to the game i need a nsbmd file so i can use the edited obj model, my question is how can I export/convert an obj file to nsbmd file to return it to the rom with sdsme?
HyruleShield Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 (edited) Use the MKDSE (I think that's its name) for all your conversion needs. Also, please search the forums for an answer next time. It took me no time at all to find this: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?30362-How-can-I-convert-an-OBJ-to-a-nsbmd-file Edited April 13, 2014 by HyruleShield
Chachythehuman Posted April 13, 2014 Author Posted April 13, 2014 Is there another way? I havent 3ds max
HyruleShield Posted April 14, 2014 Posted April 14, 2014 MKDSE is the other way. Open your .obj, and save as .nsbmd.
Chachythehuman Posted April 14, 2014 Author Posted April 14, 2014 Mkds only allow me to open certain file formats how do i import an obj file to mkds??
DragonNight Posted October 15, 2014 Posted October 15, 2014 Run MKDS Course Modifier File > New > NSBMD Select the .obj file, at same time will be prompted a window to save in .nsbmd format.
