Yep, it seems to be basically every European and American (referring to both North and South) country (along with Australia, New Zealand, and Korea).

It is confirmed even for Russia That's why I'm very curious why it hasn't been announced for Japan at all? Does this mean they distribute the trio just for lulz and not for some cool in-game event in XY?

Hmm... Well, Nintendo of Russia's official online store posted it on their VK (Russian Facebook) page. Sounds complicated but I myself got Dialga the other day so that's definitely true. It appears Dialga started on September 6th and ends on September 12th. Is there any confirmation for Palkia and Giratina in Russia yet?

Sorry for late reply; yes Palkia is available starting September 13th, so we may expect Giratina at the same time as Europe since the Trio is distributed from the same cartridge.

These 3 legendary shiny Pokemon will be distributed in Public Stores in Greece for Black, White, Black 2 and White 2.
