1) We DO NOT support piracy. Do not ask for ROMs, links to ROMs or how to get a ROM. How to get one is outlined here and we will assume that if you have a ROM this is the way you got it.

The correct way to obtain a ROM for the game you want to edit is to buy the game and make a back-up using a flash cart and either wi-fi or an EZ 3-in-1.

2) You can only distribute patches for your ROM.

Of course, you are expected to follow the general rules, and although these two rules are in the general rules, I want to put them here as well as a constant reminder. We think ROM research is very important and we think that there can be much enjoyment from making your own ROM edit with the programs that come out of ROM research, but we want to keep everything fair. It is not fair to the people who worked hard to make pokemon, for anyone to get their game without buying it and then change it to something else.

i have a question on actually downloading all the software for the roms', which software do i need because i downloaded pokemon chaos black and have platinum but when i opened the files i was asked how i would use the files do i need specific software to use the ROM files?

well i found out what went wrong nm i was just confused

Something that should be noted, I was unable to get the 0.31f version of the Wifi backup tool working on my Acekard 2i using a DS Lite. It would stop just short of sending a full save file (only sent between 500 and 508 KB every time I tried), saying there was a data transmission error.

After some searching, I found a version labeled 0.31 that works perfectly, and I've attached it to this post. The .ini file it needs is the same as the one for 0.31f.

The links to the tutorials on how to use the backup tools seem to lead to the wrong place, and I can't find the tutorial using a search. Can anyone help me with this?
