SS sprite editing?

I want to edit the sprites on my SS rom but I don't know where the narc is (Pokemon sprites, not trainer sprites)

Also, I can't find any link for PokeDSPic and Nitro Explorer 2b that is still up.

Any help?

Pokemon sprites are a/0/0/4.
