IVs and EVs do not matter, although I wouldn't be opposed to a better one. :smile: Can be special events (MYSTRY, etc.) or Old Sea Map Mews (JAPANESE ONLY). We can set up a trade through VBA-Link or just post the .3gpkm for Enciclopedia Pokemon.
