The symbol on the right would make me say "fossil," but I'm not super knowledgeable on the cards.

EDIT: Seems like a reverse foil but I don't know if they existed at the time...

Looks like one of the ol Burger King Happy meal cards. I have some from way back then. Also the "Gold Ones" too. Don't know if they are worth any more. My daughter and friend's son used to play TCG they had them.
