Transferring a save from a flashcart to retail cartridge?

I'm about to go buy a copy of Pokémon White, and I was wondering if I could transfer my save file to it.

I have a 3DS, DS Lite, Acekard 2.1, and Cyclo DS iEvolution. Any advice?

If you have Wifi, use either the Acekard 2.1 or Cyclo DS iEvolution with the DS Lite, and try this tool: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?12405-A-tool-to-backup-HG-SS-saves

If you don't have Wifi, you have insufficient hardware. (Let's get into that after you respond with whether or not you have Wifi).

Yes sir, I've got WiFi. But it's WPA protected, I take it I'll have to lower my security to transfer the save?

that or you have to buy more hardware, like an sms4

I'm not exactly sure on how to go about doing this. I run the application, stick Pokemon in my DS Lite, and hit B and nothing happens.
