Gender, nature, ability and shininess, however not IVs, does the legit checker take this into account?

The game calculates gender/nature/shinyness directly from the PID; it's not stored anywhere else in the .pkm. So legit.exe doesn't have to take it into account; it simply cannot be wrong.

Actually, you're completely right, it escaped me for a moment, this post made me seem foolish.

I decided to made this post as it came into my mind, having in mind something else instead while I discovered an Eblaster virus and was reporting it to fenzo which was in one of the download files on this site.

We've scanned it and it's not infected. I would recommend getting a different antivirus.
