UltimateMew33 Posted August 29, 2010 Share Posted August 29, 2010 I recently used the legality checker to make legendaries(mostly Sinnoh legendaries). They are legal according to the legality checker program. However, most of the legal types are dealing with the GBA typings (uncommon GBA etc). My question is are these typings okay? Since the most of the legendaries are from Sinnoh, I find it weird that the program recognizes them as from GBA games where they never existed. I hope I explained this okay. Please help. Sabresite Posted April 10, 2011 Share Posted April 10, 2011 The current version is not aware of species versus era for the pokemon. The next version will restrict algorithms based on species, acquisition method, era, level etc. So if the basic information is WRONG, it will not know the proper PID/IV algorithm and it will come out hacked.
