This Rayquaza was distributed to SG players with Pokemon XYORAS.
Only English wonder card, via US and JP units.

Due to the " ' " in the Original Trainer name, this Rayquaza was unable to be traded or battled with online (in Generation 6).
(It's apparently an oversight made by the in-charge of this event.)
