this looks great, can't wait to add it to my collection of your ROM hacks! one question though, is there any reason you decided to patch the revival wing over the health wing instead of something useless like the pretty wing? there is the (slim) possibility that some people use the wings for EVs xD

so that makes the bulbapedia entry incorrect?

Forgive me if this isn't the right forum to report this. I was editing this pikachu for somebody and I noticed that it did not register as legal in pkhex. I found the corresponding one in the database, but that one does not seem to match up with the data on bulbapedia. Is this a problem with the legality checker or is the information on bulbapedia inaccurate? According to Bulbapedia, this Pikachu should be in a Heal Ball and come from the XY games.
