Importing Pokemon from earlier generations

Can I extract my pokemon from blue version or gold version ? thanks

No, you can't. The third generation marks a "new beginning."

you can trade all pokemon from B/R/Y to the second gen and you can trade all first gen pokemon in G/S/C back to R/B/Y that's all sadly. the person above mentioned the reason.

Unfortunately you can't do that. Even though you put a tone of time into those games.
