How can I get a legit PID/IV combination that will pass legit.exe as an event?

Is this even possible or is this info kept from the public to prevent perfect wishbliss and so on?

lol wishbliss... okay all joking aside, event PID/IV combination information is readily available, however not centrally documented.

Why lol at wishbliss? That thing is awesome in competitive battling and other than perfecting SR able events the info isn't necessary so yeah WishBliss :D

So where is the information available? or are you hiding it :P

99% of the wish blisseys out there are hacked. Even the one gba temp, poke secure, and the pkmdb have are not proper. The WISH pokemon also do not follow nintendo event algorithms because it was a wondercard/ticket event. Hence, I laughed ;)

which algorithm should it use then?

Also can anyone supply a wishbliss.pkm file please can't find it in the event downloads unless I'm being an idiot
