OMG I so want my Quilava to fallow. If the higher evo's fallow you, I am never evolving to Thyplosion.

I wouldn't care if it was just as long as they didn't evolve. Chikorita's my favorite Pokémon, so if not evolving it means it will follow me all the time, I wouldn't evolve it. But I still doubt that's the case.
