I have gone to every website and database (that I know of) that contains cheatcodes for Platinum, and yet there is no such cheat to instantly evolve a Pokémon. The reason that I would like to do this is a bit complicated, but essentially: I am using OpenEmu 2.3.3 to play Pokémon: Platinum Version I need to evolve my Seadra into a Kingdra, and I do not have access to trading, because I am unable to save my game. I have a previous savestate of my game which prevents me from saving my current game, which I am very far into, and so I cannot exit my current game to delete the old game unless I loose my current game. (Of course, the game instructions tell me to go to the title page, then press up + select + B) My problem could technically also be solved with a cheat that would allow me to overwrite any previously saved file... However, I believe that the most effective way to solve this problem would simply be to evolve Kingdra by level up, just like any other Pokémon. Is there a cheat code that would allow the first Pokémon in my party to evolve after battle, regardless of level and evolution requirements? If a cheat like this does not exist, could someone PLEASE refer me to a person who can make this cheat-code a reality? Thank you very much!

Hey, as seen in the title, i want to try translating the pokemon rom hack called "Renegade Platinum", the thing is i dont really know where to start, i have a programm to edit text (DSPRE) and i've seen text archives, but the thing is renegade platinum changes a lot, so i dont really know where to start, i obviously cant just copy and paste the text archives. (i tried that and it makes sense that it doesnt work), so my question is, for translating this, would i need to play the game and speak with every npc to get the info i need? that i know what text has changed? there needs to be a more efficient way to do that right? i hope at least. sadly Drayano60 the creator of this hack, does not kept any info what text he changed, that would have made my life easier, is there some efficient way to see exactly what i need to change?, i mean the xdelta patch is patching these things so it knows what it needs to change the info is there but, i never heard of anyone opening/editing/viewing a xdelta file. Any suggestions?. Thanks in advance. -
Many of my PC Pokémon in Pearl have disappeared and I'm seemingly not the only one. Could somebody please investigate this, maybe find out how it works, how it can be prevented, how it can be fixed, etc?
