Is that a threat? Bring it on LEGO. Just wait... I'll unleash my pretties... at the right time. Ha ha.

Wait, Bidoof is one of the worst Pokemon? Just state one reason why that is please. Is it because of how it looks? (not that I disagree, but I just wonder why people say that)

On that note: what are your least favourite Pokemon?

Next time, private message me of that matter, as it should not be a broadcasted matter. I don't know what ticked you off though, unless it was a certain bucktoothed mammal, which in your case, you were rather slow and took over a full day to notice it. :bidoof:

As for renaming, Japan also suffers similar problems with Korean with its random English and all. Pokemon Conquest: I am certain words like "Comet Punch" didn't exist during feudal times. God no (though I also question these characters' awful non-historical comic-con attire). Those are 外來, or foreign words that wouldn't have come until probably mid 1800s at the earliest and 20th century at the latest. So yeah, it bothers me. It shouldn't exist at all, and neither should it be like this for Korean. Yeah I sound like a typical Korean nationalist, but it's a challenge of mine just because I hate seeing things like this: it's such an eyesore.

Haxorus's Korean name is cool though, but it reeks of foreign loanword. It's "액스라이즈" (Axe-rise)... like Axe + Surprise... I think. Most of Gen V Pokemon were lazy re-phoneticised names of their Japanese counterparts though. Not sure if I like that really...

And no, I don't want a Charmeleon named "리자드" (Lizard).

Oh really? Eww. So that's why that Haxorus lived the + 6 Return? Or was it just bulky and everyone else was not... which I completely doubt. Marshal is always the first guy I fight as he is usually the easiest for me, but Bulldoze while setting up is annoying. Grimsley is similar, even though that initial Liepard is a bit annoying, but it's nothing one cannot handle. It's about the setting up: I like to + 6 all the time. Thankfully that Bisharp of his doesn't have Metal Sound, as nothing from Serperior can OHKO it at + 6, even Aqua Tail. X-Scissor landing an untimely crit will destroy Serperior too. Shauntal is the hardest for me usually... because of that Chandelure, but thanks to Aqua Tail, things got tons easier and I soloed her at last. Caitlin's Musharna is LOL and I can always set up against it, with Full Heals and stuff.

Oh wait, it was female? Okay, then carry on.

I can wait, it's not like I'm rushing. Take your time.

-

Serperior is more noob than Haxorus. Okay, actually, maybe not. Or maybe it is because it can single handedly defeat all 5 of the Elite Four members without switching (albeit slower). Marshal's Throh's Bulldoze was annoying though for lowering speed. It wouldn't stop using it... stupid smart AI.

Beware of Iris V2: her Haxorus has Focus Sash so it stops you from DD * 6 + Outraging... unless you lay up Stealth Rocks or something. Adaptability Crawdaunt... will it Dragon Dance? Though that's a hereditary move, so I'm not sure if it even gets that, or if DW has that move.

Renaming would take me a while. I'll see where it goes.

Ice... I like Ice.

No, he is not a member of PP. I don't even believe he knows Pokemon asides from "Water beats Fire" kind of stuff.

Yeah, as for university, do go with what you like. Or else you will regret it... as I did, and deem it as a waste of time... as I did. It served me no purpose to be honest.

That's the problem: skins don't work anymore, which were quite attractive in the past. I don't think Greencat intends on doing it anytime soon, but I won't get to the reason why.

You just have English as de facto main language... while the rest are integrated from multiculturalism and all. English is simple enough: in fact, diacritics are rare and such while it is present in any other Latin based writing. It's also like that in Korea: Hangul (the Korean script) is mainly used for simplicity, the Chinese (Hanja) is rarely used because it's for old people who are learned in that. Japan and their four systems of writing... crazy. But at least it differentiates which type of word they use.

Music is a very good talent to have. What do you like in general? It seems you have come a long way with your Project Overload. It's nice to see someone dedicated to a certain hobby at a young age. It's a start for a useful future.

I have a friend who would kill to be a musician, as he has passion for it, but his parents wouldn't let him. Academia is intense in Korea, as all these people care about is "study" and "success" and "good college" and other inane values that is just life draining and zombifying. This so-called 'success' has rendered all three of his sisters unhappy, abused at work, and overall not in a good state as parents continue to push their offspring for an unattainable life. In some ways, my country is disgusting. But I hope my friend can fulfil his dreams soon.

-

I could have easily done that, but it's better off asking personally. People put random numbers in their fields anyways. You are one year younger than my brat of a younger brother. Heh. University time soon I presume.

Oh right... I remember, you always used different skins that wasn't default. Personally, I liked the old forums VBulletin versions better, and when we had actual CSS people for the job, but you know... I'm using default.

"Birthday wish" would be right in either Chinese (it is traditional Chinese used though)... and it left out the second part 賀 on the translator... then went to "what is this abomination???" on the hangul (Korean). Looks like translators still didn't incorporate Chinese characters into Korean because we mostly use all Korean now. It's a national debate whether we should use Chinese characters or not. Either way is fine, but I'm too conservative. Japan still uses both Chinese and native Japanese characters, as they have different writing systems.

Yeah, I'd consider coding a valid language, but that's not something I'd be able to do. I can learn its mechanism if I tried to... but all my life it has never stuck to me. I used to play around with RGSS and stuff and I know basic HTML or just BBTags... heh. Music notes are also a form of language too in that case. Something I have done for years with piano and all, but exercising it is difficult for me.

I guess it depends on one's leaning. I have Korean roots, and I can easily base off Chinese as our "Latin" (though it's not as easy as that), and I have adequate English to learn other Latin languages... though it's difficult with English base. If I had better French or Spanish or something, it would have been easier learning the others. But it is difficult. Russian is a new thing altogether. So far, I'm just doing script reading: nothing difficult as of conversation yet: I couldn't base it off of that just yet. I do not claim to be a linguist though.

Because I'm communist

Nah. Just learning border nations' languages, Chinese and Japanese included. Japanese should be a cinch: they colonised us a century ago, unfairly, and under Western powers' consent, and that ended up horribly for us, but a lot of their words and some western loanwords still remain. Chinese... I can read some Chinese characters, but not pronounced the same way the Chinese does it. Also, their structure is nothing like Korean or Japanese: Korean/Japanese is Subject-Object-Verb, Chinese is like the Western language: Subject-Verb-Object. But they use some new script now since 1954 (Simplified Chinese), which I don't like. I run Traditional because that's what Korean Chinese characters use... but at least Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau still use it.

I'd also like some understanding of recent Korean history too... and Russian may be essential, particularly for the North/South divide.

Old appliances. I did not know those were recyclable. I do not know how the system works in America. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure.png" alt=":/" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

So what's up? It's a rainy day here... and I'm bored and studying Russian and stuff. Going to catch up to some of my old friends tomorrow if I can, as I only have one more week left here. Thank God for that. It is funny though that when you are no longer in school, all of a sudden studying is much more interesting.

[1000charwantstofight]

Also... Sharpedo doesn't learn ANY water moves naturally in Gen III. It gains Aqua Jet at Gen IV... and even until now, it's the only Water move it learns naturally. There, you have a field trip with your Rhyhorn vs Team Aqua's Carvedos... (though warning, STAB Bite/Crunch are still quite painful as it runs off SPECIAL stat not PHYSICAL and Swagger is evil).

I'm... going on the process of renaming some Pokemon items/abilities/moves/names that seem so out of place to similar Chinese counterparts or a new name entirely, if that's possible. I don't think I can deal with a Zapdos named "Sunder (Thunder)" or "Comet Punch" being Meteor Mash or "Qua Tail" for Aqua Tail. It sounds so out of place and definitely un-Korean. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/wacko.png" alt=":S" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/wacko@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

How old are you now, may I ask?

Wow... you actually read the white text? Or does Mobile actually reveal all that? That 생 (生) became student? Student day celebration? Huh... 학생 (學生) is student, I guess it picked up the last part and said "hey it's student!"... but 生 by itself means "life"... how strange. 일 (日) can mean either sun or day. 일본 (日本) means Japan, which means "where the sun begins". So 生日 is "life day"... or the day you were given life... though you'd still be living while in your mother's womb, as Koreans (and I'm sure the other Far East nations) count you as one year old as soon as you are born due to the fact you were alive the moment you were conceived (take that abortionists!). Translator saw two languages: "Derp which one do I use?" Modern ones can't run mixed script so I guess they'll think it's Chinese Traditional... some strange cancerous characters tacked at the end.

Put 생일축하합니다 in the translator then. That's what it would be in pure Korean. That should work.

-

Happy birthday / feliz cumpleaños / joyeux anniversaire / 生日祝賀합니다! Nobody writes mixed Chinese/Korean anymore as I'm trying to revive old traditions contrary to my generation but it does say happy birthday: putting that in the translator would probably confuse it.

Oh. I was assuming "off the grid" meant you were going out of your normal place. Heh I was right. And you get money like that... interesting. But recycling... I don't remember so well because America was long long ago... was it like 5 or 10 cents per can/bottle or something? I suppose it does stock up... but $200 + ... that's a lot <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/mellow.png" alt=":|" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/mellow@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Haxorus survived a + 6 Return (-__-) but I still managed to solo her team with Serperior. Problem is, there's not enough good Ice types in this game, and I refuse to Haxorus through. My other Pokemon like Azumarill or Arcanine with Outrage would probably have worked, but I didn't use them. In fact, I soloed the whole league with Serperior, just like in BW... except I could actually take that Chandelure down thanks to Aqua Tail. So I beat everything with it... EVERYTHING. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/wacko.png" alt=":S" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/wacko@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Cyrus's movesets in Platinum was actually good (competitive game remember?)... he even stuck Heat Wave on his Honchkrow. What did your friend import 6 Alakazams from his Red version thinking it would uberw00tpwn them? Actually, yeah, all of them are weak to Rock, but Gyarados can be troublesome along with Crobat's Confuse Ray nonsense.

-

It was rushed at some points. I didn't feel much of it either... and Route 10 entirely disappeared. But it did complete what BW failed to do. Do explore the post-game contents: they're actually pretty cool, and if you wish, do the PWT. Have you found the three legendary musketeers? They just come out of nowhere.. but useful. Also, White Opelucid >>>> Black Opelucid.

I had some trouble because I picked Serperior... and some stupid Poison types ganged up on it in 2v2 battles. Iris was kind of tough... kind of. Didn't like that she was champion, and the background and her get-up was totally Illuminati, but I won't get there. Why Hydreigon was first when it's the pseudolegend of BW, idk. That's messed up. I did something funny. That Hydreigon spammed Flamethrowers on my Serperior, I spammed X SpDef... Hyper Potioned when I knew it was going to crit (seriously I predicted it!) and went up to + 6 SpDef, Coiled for + 6, then unleashed a bunch of Returns or Leaf Blades. [cont]

There are price gaps between the two nations... I hear Canadians travel south during big holiday sales just to save up on money.

You are too young to live alone. It's not all that great, believe me. But it is the only alternative from living with my family, which is not working for me. I hate saying that, and it's not something to be proud of, but it is difficult being with them. In fact my relationship with them improved when I was AWAY from them, and it becomes worse when I am with them.

How do you even possess that much money? I was not allowed to have a lot of money when I was little. In fact, it only went up to at most 10000원, at most. Generally I was only using 1000s and never even had time to spend it on games.

Eh, it is just how things go. Currency values differ by nation. Are you referring to stuff like... books that say US $7 Canada $10?

So is my entire family. Living alone can be great... or absolutely lonely. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/sad.png" alt=":(" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/sad@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Oh are they? I keep forgetting how things actually work. I can only therian via simulators but you can cheat for them anyways I guess?

Vancouver, British Columbia. I know everyone and their mothers (quite literally) from there. Even in Korea, those who have been to or living in Canada are almost always from there. I guess it makes sense for you since Montana is closer to there than Quebec or Toronto and the likes. I have a friend in Korea who is going to Toronto soon. I do like Canada slightly better than America, but both are generally similar. I prefer Korea of course, in spite of all its idiocy. Why are your cousins weird?

If you do, make sure to catch the Therian Trololos.

Strange. Why would Chatot be banned? I wonder if it has something to do with the technique Chatter, but I still do not see why.

Where in Canada have you been to? I do have a couple of friends in Canada. Oh yeah that reminds me: Lorshy is Canadian... heh.

-

If you'd like, sure. Time to make really awkward teams (but mostly fun teams), since I'm no longer in my own residence.

I didn't think Hydreigon would be cooperative, but they're certainly eccentric.

Nah, I don't even think strategy guides tell you much either. It's just Swagger and Slash and stupid moves like that. Go figure: it's like Cal's Feraligatr in Trainer House in GSC: just Screech/Slash. Scary Face/Bite/Screech/Slash...

-

I am here. Tell me when you want to go online or something.

Want me to tell you a secret? Those Sharpedos, not even Archie's, carries ANY water move!

Nice drawing. And I do like your idea of Magneton. What about the same idea for Dugtrio and Hydreigon?

-

Oh. Well... it's interesting to say the least, depending on where, such as the upstate, or the city. It's usually referred to as both parts: New York State and New York City. I did like France better in terms of aesthetics though. But I don't like the politics of neither France nor America. But sometimes, the sights are nice. I've always liked the city lights. It was nothing short of a wonder to me when I was little. I even liked the trains.

Also mate, Extremekiller Arceus is banned. Actually, any Arceus is banned. Those things wouldn't be allowed in normal battles. Most of the Pokemon that are banned are those high base stats legendaries. Oh yeah, and things like Excadrill and regular Thundurus and Therian Tornadus are also banned.
