how did you do this? did you just make your starter the different evolutions?

Does anyone know how to change the shiny chance in Pokemon White 2 with crystaltile2? I know how to change it for Pokemon Black 2 but I don't know if it is the same for both games. I use the North American Pokemon White 2.

I've been looking for a save file for PSMD, but I want to have my starter and partner to be a specific pokemon and a specific name. I then decided to come here to see if anyone had a save file (or could make one) that was at the beginning of post-game. I wanted my starter to be Squirtle (named Squirtle) and my partner to be Pikachu (named Pikachu). I have beaten the game but I restarted and now I want to get back to where I was, but I'm close to the beginning of the game (and most people know how long this game is). If anyone can fulfill my request, I would be very happy.
